The Lake Area Master Gardeners organization was extablished in 2004. The members of the organization had a desire to
share the benefits of gardening with their neighbors
The purpose of this site is to provide basic information about gardening as well as to highlight some of the organizations
activities.
The next garden tour will be June 9, 2009. The photo to the right is from one of the gardens on the tour. Each garden highlights
various aspects of gardening with the the intent to inspire and entertain the community.
